HON. SHEDU ALHAJI WADAJI MAJIDADIN JAMA’ARE (S.A) PILGRIMS BOARD APPRECIATES GOVERNOR BALA WHO AGREES TO PAY A SUBSIDY FOR INTENDING PILGRIMS FROM BAUCHI STATE WORTH N2.5B

The Hon. Shehu Alhaji Wadaji (S.A.) Pilgrims Board Bauchi State appreciates His Excellency The Executive Governor of Bauchi State, Sen Bala Abdulkadir Mohammed CON Kauran Bauchi Jagaban Katagum Turakin Ningi Kauran Daulan Usmaniya, for his numerous support to the agency in terms of funds, transformations, and growth.
Hon. Shehu Alhaji Wadaji (Sadaukin Jama’are)thanked the Governor who has agreed to pay 50% of the additional increment of the 2024 Hajj fare for the intending pilgrims from the state which was the increment announced by NAHCON a few weeks ago. The state government will pay a subsidy of ₦959,000 for each of the 1,652 intending pilgrims from the state totaling ₦2.5bn. He further said that the governor had indeed come to help.
He said Governor Bala ”s-led administration believed in the importance of providing a platform for young people to showcase their exceptional talent and deepen their understanding of the Holy Quran, hence the need to sponsor the conduct of the annual Qur’anic Recitation Competition across the state.
Hon. Shehu Alhaji Wadaji (Maji dadin Jama’are)also applauded Governor Bala for the provision of food items and other numerous materials to ensure adequate Sallah celebrations across Bauchi State. He further appealed to the general public to continue supporting the Governor Bala-led administration for the further growth and development of Bauchi State.
